Scottish Borders Housing Association (SBHA) has announced Henry Coyle as its new Director of Assets & Property Services.

With over 20 years' experience in the social housing sector, Mr Coyle joins SBHA from the City of Edinburgh Council.

He has worked on a number of schemes, including regeneration projects, community engagement and neighbourhood services.

In his new role, Mr Coyle will lead the SBHA Stock Investment Programme, the Repairs & Maintenance Services and the development programme for new homes.

Mr Coyle said: "I'm looking forward to leading my team to deliver improvements to Tenants' homes and our new build programme & re-furbishment programmes.  SBHA has a strong track record of working with Tenants and I look forward to working in partnership with Scottish Borders Tenants Organisation (SBTO) to improve repair and maintenance services and ensuring that we deliver great places to live."

This year, SBHA will be investing over £11 million in Tenants' homes and continuing with its regeneration and new build programme across the Borders.
