A Scottish Borders community recycling centre has reopened following the completion of an improvements programme.
More than £350,000 has been invested to redesign the Hawick Community Recycling Centre on Mansfield Road.
The upgrades were designed by the council's Architects team, while the works were delivered by SBc Contracts.
Councillor David Paterson said: "I am delighted that these much needed improvements to Hawick Recycling Centre are now completed and thank local people for their patience while the works were being carried out.
"The works represent a significant investment by Scottish Borders Council, and have resulted in a greatly improved facility for the people of Hawick and the surrounding areas."
