Planning approval has been granted by Dundee City Council for a new residential development in the region.
Proposals by Blackwood involve developing 23 new homes at a development site on Glamis Road.
A total of 17 homes will be made available for private sale by CCG, while the remaining six will be available for rent and accommodate full wheelchair access.
Calum Murray, director of CCG (Scotland), said: "This is a really exciting mixed tenure development that once complete will offer 17 three and four bedroom homes for private sale along with a single block of 6 fully accessible flats for Blackwood Homes. We anticipate strong demand for the homes as our prospective buyers will be able to benefit from the newly re-launched Scottish Government programme, Help to Buy, as well as enhanced levels of quality and environmental efficiency."
Simon Fitzpatrick, strategic director at Blackwood, added: "We are delighted that planning approval has been granted to allow us to proceed with our flagship development of the Blackwood House providing accessible, affordable and state of the art homes."
CCG are expected to be on site this spring and the project is due to be completed by early 2017.
