CCG is underway with work to develop a new social housing development in Stenhousemuir.
The project is being built on the site of the former Police Station and Registrars Office in the town's centre.
Features of the Main Street project involves developing 18 council flats over three-storeys including a lift to allow disabled access to all floors.
The original two-storey Victorian façade and streetscape will be maintained by building a new stone façade to match the existing whilst an additional third-storey will be added.
Calum Murray, Director, CCG, said: "This is a great project that will retain as much of the history of the building as possible while providing state of the art homes. Falkirk Council is the biggest local provider of social rented housing and we are delighted to be working with them on this project and add to their housing portfolio."
The scheme is due to be completed by early 2017.
