Clyde Gateway And BRE Seek Contractor For Office Block Project

Clyde Gateway and the Building Research Establishment (BRE) are looking for a contractor to develop a new office block in Rutherglen.

The BRE Scotland facility will be built at the foot of the new Smart Bridge in the heart of Clyde Gateway's National Business District in Shawfield.

Features include a sustainable building providing 6,000 sq ft aiming to achieve a BREEAM 'Outstanding' rating.
