Lovell has won a gold award from the Investors in People (IIP) agency.
The company received the prize for its excellent people management and staff development.
The developer employs 90 people in Scotland, builds/sells new homes, and works with housing associations and local authorities on new-build housing and housing regeneration projects.

The company is working on a number of high-profile Scottish housing projects including undertaking £67 million of work through West Lothian Council's new-build social housing programme.
