Robertson Group has been selected to develop a £40 million scheme in Dundee.
The company will deliver flats, premium office space and a 120-bed hotel next to the new V&A Museum on the Waterfront.
A total of 67 one, two, and three-bedroom PRS flats will be built alongside 50,000 sq ft of Grade A office space extending to four floors of open plan office space.
