Knight Property Group has completed the first stage of a £45 million development project in Aberdeen.
The developer has revealed the first of two industrial units on the Westhill site at Kingshill Commercial Park.
Both units consists of 5,500 sq ft of office space complete with air conditioning, raised access floor and 10,000 sq ft of workshop space.
In addition, each unit has 8.5 metres of external eaves height and reinforced concrete yards with private parking.
James Barrack, MD at Knight Property Group, said: "Aberdeen City and Shire was lacking new, high quality industrial space. Reacting to the market demand we built Kingshill Commercial Park, which offers modern high spec industrial units to potential tenants."
The Group owns and built nearby developments such as Kingshill Park, Prospect Park and Westpoint Business Park.
