Hub North Scotland has been shortlisted for the Scottish Property Company of the Year award.
The organisation has been nominated for the accolade along with four other entries at the Scottish Property Awards (SPA) 2016.
In addition, the company has been put forward in the Community Development Project of the Year category for its delivery of the £37 million Alford Community Campus in Aberdeenshire.
Work began last year by contractor Morrison Construction, with the development opening to pupils last autumn.
Chief executive Angus Macfarlane said: "We are thrilled to have been shortlisted for what is the top prize at the upcoming Scottish Property Awards, with the nomination testament to the hard work and efforts that the hub North team has shown throughout what has been a busy and ultimately fruitful 2015 for the organisation.
"At the heart of the hub model are the communities that our facilities will serve for generations to come and we're proud of what we have created across the country since our inception. Our nomination in the Community Development Project of the Year category for our delivery of the Alford Community Campus was fantastic, but this further recognition is certainly the icing on the cake."
