A new £2.2 million housing development has been opened in East Renfrewshire.
The 24-home project was built by Mansell Homes for Link Group at Hillfield Brae.
The Scottish Government provided £1m in funding towards the development.
The properties consist of two- and three-bedroom houses, including one to meet the needs of a wheelchair-user.
Each house contains gas heating, hot water systems, high thermal insulation and double glazing to create energy efficient homes.
In addition, Link is onsite at Ayr Road, Newton Mearns, where eight properties will be available from March 2016.
Work is also scheduled to begin at Barcapel where 33 homes will be built for social rent.
Housing Convener, Councillor Danny Devlin, said: "We welcome the new affordable housing that this development is bringing to East Renfrewshire, with more homes set to be ready in Spring 2016.
"The standard of this new development is excellent and we wish the new tenants well and hope they enjoy their new homes."
Link Group Chairman, Roy Stirrat, added: "We are delighted to have been supported by the Scottish Government and East Renfrewshire Council to enable us to continue to build these new, high quality homes."
