Engineering Firm Occupies £70m Development

BAM has announced WSP/Parsons Brinkerhoff is the latest company to sign up for a £70m development in Glasgow.

The engineering firm is the newest occupier of the Grade-A CONNECT110NS development in Queen Street.

The company is to let 10,544 sq ft of office accommodation on the seventh floor.

The ten year lease will bring together staff from two existing offices at Seaward Place and Nelson Mandela Place.

Additional office space occupiers include Deloitte LLP and Grant Thornton UK LLP, who will be the first to move into the building later this month.

Mark Broderick, BAM Development Director, said: "We have attracted a stellar number of leading professional service companies which is a testament to the calibre of the building and office space available at CONNECT110NS. We are looking forward to the building coming to life as occupiers start to move in and are delighted to welcome WSP/Parsons Brinkerhoff."
