Hub South West Reaches Contract Close

Hub South West Scotland has reached contract close on a £32.5m project in South Ayrshire.

In collaboration with the council, the project will see Kier Construction deliver a refurbishment, modernisation and expansion programme to the Marr College in Troon.

A new wing is to be built over three storeys connecting to the rear of the original Grade B building.

In addition, a single storey facility is to also be developed.

The project will be completed in July 2017 and increase the schools capacity from 1,033 to 1,360 pupils.
