Work is underway on a £2.4m housing development in east Glasgow
West of Scotland Housing Association (WSHA) plans to develop 18 Amenity Cottage Flats in Camlachie.
The project, now in its tenth phase, is being built by CCG (Scotland).
The housing is designed for older people, with two of the ground floor flats being designated for wheelchair users.
In addition, a community car park will be developed.
The project is being funded by Glasgow City Council and WSHA.
Lynne Donnelly, Chief Executive of WSHA said: "In our 50th anniversary year we are delighted to have started work on this project which is the latest project in our regeneration of Camlachie."
A spokesperson for CCG said: "CCG are delighted to be working with West of Scotland Housing Association to deliver this new development."
The homes have been developed using CCG's Off-Site Manufacturing facility (OSM).
Work began on the development at the end of September with an expected completion date of summer 2016.
