The Scottish Housing Regulator (SHR) has continued the appointment of a manager to Glasgow-based Wellhouse Housing Association.
The SHR appointed a manager in December 2014 after an investigation into the social landlord highlighted areas of serious regulatory concern in its governance and financial management.
Wellhouse has since agreed an improvement plan to address its failures. It is also working with tenants on weaknesses' to some of its services.
Christine Macleod, Director of Governance and Performance, said: "Wellhouse's poor governance and financial management continue to present a serious risk to tenants' interests. The governing body is in the process of delivering a substantial improvement plan. Continuing the appointment is the most proportionate way we can ensure Wellhouse has the support it needs to deliver the required improvements."
The appointment will be reviewed in January 2016.
