Councillors have rejected an application for a 12-turbine wind farm to be developed in Moray.
The council's planning committee refused the proposals for Brown Muir today, Tuesday.
Planning officers had recommended the proposal to be rejected due to the visual impact the development would have on the landscape.
The application attracted over 1,300 objections, believed to be the largest number ever submitted for a planning application in Moray.
With the voting tied at six all, Councillor Tuke used his casting vote as chairman to reject the application.
