Work Underway On Hillcrest HA Development

Marshall Construction has announced it is underway with a development for Hillcrest Housing Association (HA) in Dundee.

The new Dens Road development will deliver a range of affordable properties for Hillcrest HA via property developer Cullross.

Marshall will build 21 one and two bedroom apartments in the regeneration area of Hillton, close to Dundee's city centre.

Works commenced on site in July and is expected to be completed in a 12 month contract period.

Robert Marshall, Managing Director for Marshall, said: "We are excited to be working with Cullross & Hillcrest HA again.

"This is an excellent new housing scheme, with a well thought out mix of homes that will cater to a wide range of needs.

"The 21 new homes to be constructed here at Dens Road are a further demonstration of our commitment to building neighborhoods and creating thriving, empowered communities."
