Knight Property Group Completes £40m Pavilion Development

Knight Property Group has announced the completion of its £40 million pavilion development at CityView Business Park in Aberdeen.

The fourth and final pavilion has the capacity to accommodate up to 300 people over three floors and the potential to be sub-divided to accommodate more than one tenant.

The other three pavilions are occupied by AMEC, who have ten year leases on the three properties.

Work on the Wellington Road site, which was previously a car showroom, began in October 2012.

Pavilion Four consists of 32,820 sq ft over three floors, marking the final stage of the site which totals 100,000 sq ft.

Howard Crawshaw, Director at Knight Property Group said: "We are proud to have completed the final building at CityView Business Park. A key factor in our decision to undertake the project was the fantastic location it offers Aberdeen businesses, and we have proven its success with 3 lettings to AMEC.

"Given its open plan features, and the multiple options for tenancy – single or multi let, we are confident that Pavilion 4 at City View will provide the flexibility and competitive commercial terms that tenants are seeking at present."

The project is a joint venture between Knight Property and M&G Real Estate.

Ryden and F G Burnett are the joint letting agents for the development, while Andrew Cowie Construction is principal contractor for the works.
