Edinburgh City Council has appointed Ryden to its commercial estate management and residential property consultancy.
The two contracts commenced on 1 June and will run for a two-year period, with the option of a two-year extension.
Four firms secured a place on the commercial framework.
A full range of services including agency, rating, rent reviews, valuations and property management will be delivered across the Council's portfolio of 1,500 assets.
The residential remit includes acquisitions and disposals along with housing development advice.
Dr Mark Robertson, Partner and Head of Ryden's Edinburgh office, said: "We are thrilled with these appointments, which are fantastic endorsements of our market leading position in the city’s property market.
He added: "Ryden understands the City of Edinburgh Council’s specific commercial and residential property requirements and our dedicated teams in each sector look forward to sharing their insights and expertise on a wide range of property issues with the Council."
