The development of a wind turbine development on the Isle of Coll will be discussed following allegations of unauthorised work.
Planning consent for the erection of a 77 metre tall wind turbine at Gallanach Farm was granted to the Gallanach Green Generation (GGG) in 2012.
GGG has been working with the council to "discharge various conditions" that needed to be addressed prior to the beginning of development on site.
However council officers were made aware of alleged unauthorised works that were ongoing on the site at the beginning of May.
An interdict was served which immediately halted work.
The ban was lifted following a hearing in Oban on 28 May.
Negotiations will now take place between GGG and the council to make sure development goes ahead in an appropriate fashion.
