Lovell has been appointed to develop new houses for two councils in Scotland.
The developer is set to design and build 221 properties.
The company will deliver three developments with a value of over £6 million in Cumbernauld and Harthill for North Lanarkshire Council.
Build work on 51 new cottage flats, houses and bungalows is due to start in spring 2016 with the development expected to be complete by spring 2017.
West Lothian Council awarded Lovell over £17 million to deliver 170 new homes, comprising of cottage flats, houses and bungalows.
Work is scheduled to begin in early 2016 on seven sites in East Calder, Livingston, Armadale and Linlithgow.
The homes are expected to be completed in 2017.
Regional Director Alan Taylor said: "We have been working successfully with both West Lothian and North Lanarkshire councils for a number of years helping deliver their major new-build housing programme.
"We are delighted to have been selected for these latest schemes which will provide much-needed high-quality social homes for local residents, as well as valuable training and job opportunities."
