CCG has announced work is underway on a new primary school in South Lanarkshire.
The new Libberton Primary School is being developed in Biggar as part of the council's £800 million primary school modernisation programme.
The building will feature new teaching facilities along with a multi use games area that can be utilised by the local community.
The school will also be more environmentally efficient with the installation of solar panels and a ground source heat pump.
Daniel Lower, Head of Property Services of South Lanarkshire, said: "CCG has successfully worked with SLC in the past on new-build housing projects and we are delighted to be working with them once again on the primary schools programme."
"Thanks to their off-site manufacturing processes and on-site organisation, we are confident that the school will be delivered on time and to the high standard of finish expected by the council."
The new school is on schedule to be handed over by December.
