An apartment development built by Edinburgh Council has won an industry award.
The Sailmaker Apartments in Leith won the title of 'Best Partnership in Affordable Housing' at the Homes for Scotland Awards 2015.
The development was built through the National Housing Trust (NHT) scheme, in a partnership between the council, Scottish Futures Trust (SFT), Hillcrest HA, Cruden, Teague Homes and Rettie and Co.
The Merchant's Court development in Liberton was also commended at the ceremony.
Councillor Cammy Day said: "To have one project win an award, with another one being commended, is wonderful news, and I’m delighted that the industry has recognised the effort that we are making."
