Eildon Housing Association has won an award for its Dunwhinny Gardens site in the Scottish Borders region.
The development won the 'Best Development – Medium' category at the Homes for Scotland Awards.
The site contains 15 properties and one wheelchair accessible bungalow, situated to the south of Peebles town centre.
The development was completed in January 2015 and was delivered in partnership with Architects ASSIST Design along with Hart Builders.
The project was funded by a combination of Eildon Housing Association private finance, Scottish Borders Council and Scottish Government grants.
Eildon's Chief Executive, Nile Istephan, said: "We are extremely pleased with the recognition of this high quality development.
"Dunwhinny Gardens is the last piece in a complicated jigsaw of developments that have formed the Peebles Housing Strategy."
