The Highland Council has held a meeting to discuss the redevelopment of a castle in the region.
The meeting took place on 11 May in Culrain debating plans for the Carbisdale Castle.
One proposal includes developing the historic site into a luxury hotel.
The meeting was attended by council members, local Culrain residents, the Forestry Commission and Highlands and Enterprise (HIE).
Councillor Deidre Mackay, chairperson of the meeting, said: "It was a very constructive meeting, focused on solutions."
"We are agreed that the development would be a very positive thing, bringing employment and prosperity to whole area. It is also important that we work together with developers and with the local community and other stakeholders to ensure that the development has the full support of the community."
