A cash injection of £45,000 has been given to environmental volunteering projects in the Clyde and Avon Valley.
The Scottish Government's People and Communities Fund gave the award to the Clydesdale Community Initiatives (CCI) and Heritage Lottery Fund supported Clyde and Avon Valley Landscape Partnership (CAVLP).
The project will deliver 168 volunteering sessions on a wide range of environmental and conservation projects such as path building.
Niall McShannon, the Managing Director of CCI, said: "The focus of the programme will be to develop the skills, confidence and health of volunteers."
The schemes are funded until April 2016.
