James Frew has received an award for its efforts to reduce its carbon footprint.
The Silver Award was given to the building services company from the Crichton Carbon Centre.
The Stevenston business has been working with the centre on reviewing its processes and delivery of services to minimise its impact on the environment.
Roddy Frew, Managing Director of James Frew, said: "Reducing our footprint is a responsibility we take seriously and there are always improvements and changes to be made to keep improving on our efforts. We need to all be playing a part and recognising the severity of our actions on the environment if we want to continue to protect and cherish our natural landscape."
