Hadden To Develop Apartments In Dundee

Hadden Construction has announced an agreement to build luxury apartments in Dundee.

Tor Homes (Scotland) awarded Hadden a contract to develop 27 apartments from the Eastern Primary School building in Broughty Ferry.

Plans for the apartments include open plan living spaces, with some having vaulted ceilings and cathedral windows, while others having mezzanine floors and glass walls.

The original school building was constructed in 1911 to James H Langlands designs.

Due to its architectural significance, the building has achieved A listed status in order to protect the structure.
