9.7% Revenue Increase For Landlords

Scottish landlords have seen a 9.7% increase in rent returns which amount to £15,000 on average.

According to the latest Scotland By-to-Let Index from Your Move, the average residential rent in Scotland has increased 1.3% so far in 2015.

Buy-to-let investors in Edinburgh experienced the strongest annual returns with 13.4% in the last year.

However, despite an uplift in growth, Scottish prices are 30% lower than typical rents in England and Wales.
