A school in Midlothian has won the top prize in the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) awards.
Lasswade High School in Bonnyrigg won first place in the Community Benefit category.
The Scottish Futures Trust nominated the school for the award. It has been hailed as a prototype for schools and community facilities for the future.
The school was delivered with joint money by the council and Scottish Government's Scottish Futures Trust.
