Kingdom HA Announces Plans To Develop 1,000 Homes

Kingdom Housing Association has announced it has planned to build up to 1,000 homes over the next five years.

The announcement was made after the associations management committee approved the 2015 Kingdom Housing Group Corporate Plan.

Last year Kingdom built 160 homes and started development on a further 128. Planning permission was also granted for 140 homes during this period.

Charles Milne, Chairperson with Kingdom Housing Association, said: "The approved plan reaffirms Kingdom’s mission to alleviate homelessness, by having ambitious targets to complete 1000 new homes in the next five years."
