Interserve To Refurb University Building

Interserve is to renovate the University of Edinburgh's McEwan Hall in a £19.1 million project.

The project was designed by LDN and Buro Happold.

Redevelopment work on the listed building will include external and internal works, including ceiling repairs, new service installations and the extension of the basement.

Additionally, a glass entrance pavilion will be installed to improve accessibility across Bristo Square and into McEwan Hall.

The project is due for completion in 2017.
