Graham + Sibbald Awarded Contract

Graham + Sibbald (G+S) has been awarded a contract by the property entity of Glasgow City Council, City Council LLP, to market 90 properties in and around the city centre.

The properties will range from retail units up to 600 square feet to industrial estates at 8,000 square feet.

Scott Grindlay, Senior Surveyor for Graham + Sibbald, said: "The City Property contract is a sizeable one to win, not only in the number of instructions to be marketed but it is recognised as one of the most significant commercial portfolios in the city, extending to around 2,500 commercial properties across a range of sectors including industrial, retail, office and ground leases."
