Fife Council is to host a drop in event for the public to discuss a proposed new housing development in Glenrothes.

Residents will be given the chance to view and comment on the design proposals for the in the Roxburgh Road area.

The event is to take place at The Whitehouse, Napier Road on Tuesday 14th April between 4.30pm and 7.30pm.

The proposal is for 29 affordable homes to be built in the area with a mix of bungalows, houses and cottage flats. The development would be made up of

12 one-bed cottage flats, 4 two-bed houses, 4 two-bed cottage flats, 2 two-bed wheelchair bungalows, 1 three-bed amenity bungalow, 1 three-bed wheelchair bungalow, 2 four-bed houses, 1 four-bed wheelchair bungalow and 2 five-bed houses.
