A housing development has been proposed for the site of a former school in Forfar, Angus.
Under plans from the local authority, the site of the former Chapel Park Primary School could be transformed into a residential development, consisting of 29 homes.
The planning application for the Grade B-listed buildings would see 25 affordable apartments created, as well as the construction of four new townhouses. The provision of site access roads, parking, footpaths, refuse points, drying areas, and the installation of an SSE Sub Station are also included in the proposals.
Angus Council is now inviting the local community to view and comment on the development. A drop-in event will be held at Forfar Library on Monday 16 March, from 3pm to 6.30pm.
The deadline for comments on the plans is 27 March 2015.
