Proposals have been submitted to develop a wind farm in Tweedsmuir.
The plans by 2020 Renewables initially suggested building 27 turbines on an area of land south of Tweedsmuir, at Whitelaw Brae.
However, following an Environmental Impact Assessment, the Greenock-based organisation has now revised its plans for a 14-turbine wind farm. The designs also include plans for a new entrance to the site and a new bridge which would cross the tweed of Carlowse.
A final decision on the development rests with the Scottish Government.
