The Aquatics Centre in Aberdeen has been recognised at this year's Aberdeen Civic Society Awards, according to Graham Construction.
The objective of the Aberdeen Civic Society is to encourage the preservation, development and improvement of buildings across the city.
The award's scheme recognises the positive impact of new builds and restoration of existing buildings.
The Aquatics Centre, which cost £18.2m, was part of the Aberdeen Sports Village development. It opened earlier this year and includes a 10-lane, 50m Olympic standard swimming pool. It also consists of a 25m x 16.5m diving pool with adjustable floor, spectator seating, a full timing/video analysis lab, a health suite and a bridge connection to the Sports Village.
