A series of improvement works are to be carried out at Seagate in Dundee.
The project, which will be carried out in two stages, will commence from tomorrow (26 September) until Friday 3 October.
It will also result in the closure of Seagate for the duration of the scheme.
The first phase of the project will see the closure of the Trades Lane/Seagate junction for three days; Friday 26 September to Sunday 28 September. This is to allow carriageway to be resurfaced. Then, from Monday 29 September for five days, Seagate – from Trades Lane to Commercial Street – will be closed.
Diversions will be in place for motorists, via East Marketgait, North Marketgait, West Marketgait Yeaman Shore, Dock Street and Commercial Street. Pedestrian access will be maintained, West Dunbartonshire Council has said.
Tayside Contracts is undertaking the carriageway resurfacing.
