A new housing development has been completed in Abernethy, Kingdom Housing Association has confirmed.
The properties are located at the Provost Mains site in the village and have cost a total of £1.4m, with funding assistance of £431,000 provided by the Scottish Government.
The 12 three-bedroom homes have been constructed by A & J Stephen and are available at a mid-market rate.
Mid-market rent projects aim to help people on low or modest incomes, who are employed, to access high-quality affordable rented accommodation.
Charles Milne, Chair of Kingdom Housing Association, said: "At Kingdom we provide a diverse range of services and affordable housing tenures and we are very proud of the high standards provided at the Abernethy project.
"Most people in Scotland are facing financial pressures in the current economic environment and mid market rented homes provides and affordable housing option for people, who have difficulties obtaining social rented housing and would find it hard to buy their own home or rent in the private sector. I hope the tenants enjoy their homes."
John Stephen, from A & J Stephen Ltd, added: "The site management team, led by Site Agent Scott McPhee, have worked diligently to ensure these homes are delivered to the same high standards as our other Stephen Home developments.
"These energy efficient homes are ready to move into and were delivered to Kingdom complete with floor coverings and blinds. They are constructed to NHBC standards ensuring that all homes will have the Build Mark warranty which guarantees the home for 10 years."
