William Lippe Architects has revealed that it is to open a new office in Aberdeen, due to increased demand on its services.
The company's new office will be located at 25 Albyn Place in the city and will officially open on 1 October.
In a statement, the firm said that while it does have the necessary resources to cover its work in Aberdeenshire, Moray, Angus, Highlands, Perth and Kinross, it felt it was important to have an office based in Aberdeen in order to serve its city-based clients, as well as improve contact with Aberdeen City Council Planning and Building Standards.
Commenting on the move, Mr Lippe said: "We are delighted to be taking this step at this time, the level of experience in our team, combined with an upturn in the current economic climate and demand from existing clients makes the decision the right one for the company."
