New Homes Planned For Renfrewshire

A planning application for 91 new homes in Renfrewshire has been submitted by Barratt Homes West Scotland.

The homes would be delivered at Ferry Village and would consist of 24 apartments and 67 terraced, semi-detached and detached homes. They would consist of one- to four-bedrooms.

If the plans are approved, work would commence on site later this year, with the first homes completed by summer 2015.

Steve Mariner, sales and marketing director for Barratt Homes West Scotland, is quoted as saying: "Renfrewshire is a thriving area where quality homes for individuals, couples and families alike are in high demand. The homes proposed by Barratt will deliver much-needed housing in the Ferry Village area of the county."
