Plans to create a new housing development on the site of the former Burntisland Primary School at Ferguson Place are to be put out to public consultation.
The proposals would see the existing buildings converted into 25 affordable homes for social rent, while an additional seven new build homes would be constructed on the same site.
A planning application for the development is currently being prepared, but Fife Council has said it is to hold a drop-in event for the local community to view and comment on the proposed plans.
The event will be held at Beacon Leisure Centre on Wednesday 24 September, between 4.30pm and 7pm.
