Muirton Park Consultation Events To Begin

A consultation regarding the future regeneration of Muirton Park is to begin tomorrow (Friday).

The consultation will allow the local community to get have their say on the proposed plans for the area. Organised by Caledonia Housing Association, the events will run from 8 August until 5 September 2014. Staff from the housing association will be in attendance at the meetings to answer any questions, while the proposed designs will also be on display.

The events will be held in two venues; the library at North Inch Community Campus in Muirton, and Muirton Community Flat, 3 The Rookery, also in the area.

At North Inch Community Campus, consultations will be held:

• Every Monday from 10am to 12 noon

• Every Wednesday from 2pm to 4pm

• Every Thursday from 5pm to 7pm (from 11 August).

At Muirton Community Flat, the consultations will take place:

• Every Tuesday morning

• Every Thursday afternoon (from 11 August).
