New Project For Brookfield Multiplex

Brookfield Multiplex has been appointed to construct a new, high-quality Grade A office commercial development in Aberdeen.

City Park 1 will consist of 215,000 sq ft and will be a four-storey office building. A single-storey basement car park will also be created, providing 930 spaces.

The firm has been appointed to the development by HFD Group and has worked with the client and design team to maximise construction efficiencies.
