Athena Safety To Run H&S Courses

Athena Safety Ltd has said it is to run the Nebosh National Certificate Construction Safety and Health later this year.

The course will be held in Edinburgh, in October/November 2014, the firm has confirmed.

It is aimed at supervisors, managers and CDM co-ordinators within the construction industry who are required to make sure that activities under their control are carried out safely. It is useful for those concerned with the management of buildings, who may need to ensure that contractors are working safely. The qualification is also appropriate for supervisors and managers working in other industries such as utilities; as well as those working in health and safety in other occupational settings, but who require additional construction-specific knowledge.
