Tullos Pool Reopening Delayed

The re-opening of Tullos Pool in Aberdeen has been delayed, the local authority has said.

Originally, the facility was due to open today (9 June), but the Council has said additional work needs to be carried out on the facility.

The pool closed on 19 May to allow remedial works to be carried out, but during this project, further work was identified. As a result, Tullos Pool is expected to remain closed for a number of weeks.

Aberdeen City Council has said the nearby Kincorth Pool will operate extended opening hours, while residents living in the Tullos postal areas of AB11 8 and AB11 9 will be offered half price swimming at Sport Aberdeen venues.
