Kingdom Housing Association has said it is to submit plans for a new affordable housing development in Tullibody.
Located on Alloa Road in the town, the proposals would include 27 homes for affordable rent.
The site was formerly home to a Tannery which has since been demolished.
Kingdom HA added that plans for the development will be on display on Sunday 1 June from 12pm and 3pm at Tullibody Park, Abercromby Place. This will allow the local community to view and discuss the designs.
Bill Banks, Chief Executive of Kingdom, is quoted as saying: "There is a great need for more affordable housing in Tullibody and the wider area, and we believe the opportunity for local people to access high-quality housing at an affordable rent will prove very popular.
"The site and location is a good one, and if we receive planning permission we would intend to begin construction later this year. In the meantime, we are happy to have an opportunity to discuss the proposals with local residents on the 1st June; and invite as many people as possible to come along."
