Views Sought On Local Landscapes

Perth and Kinross Council is looking to hear from the local community regarding their views on the area's landscapes.

The move is part of a Review of Local Landscape Designations which is being undertaken by the local authority. It has said the review will help to identify those landscapes that justify local designation, in order to ensure the Council's planning policies are in line with Scottish Government policy.

An online survey has been launched by Perth and Kinross Council and can be found here.

It aims to find out about the community's favourite landscapes and places in the area and can range from hills and glens, to landscapes that are important to the everyday life of the community.

The closing date for responses to the survey is 6 June 2014.
