Aberdeenshire Council is encouraging the local community to share their views on the play park provision available at Aden Country Park, Mintlaw.
The site is currently being reviewed by the local authority, in partnership with the Buchan Development Partnership (BDP), along with the potential to develop it in the future.
A questionnaire will be available for the public to share their opinions, while a series of local events and public meetings will also be organised.
Aden Development Worker Neil Shirran explained: "It's really important that we hear what people think about the children's play park in Aden Country Park. Not only will the feedback provide invaluable guidance and support for any future funding applications, it also provides another opportunity for the local community and visitors to Aden to get more involved in how this much-loved park can be developed for the good of the community.
"We would therefore be very grateful if you could spare five minutes of your time to complete this survey, helping to both identify the needs, gaps and aspirations of the community, along with providing clear guidance as to how best to improve, maximise, and enhance the children's play provision and play opportunities in Aden Country Park."
The survey can be found here or via the Aden Country Park website.
The Aden Children's Play Park public consultation exercise is being funded by The Big Lottery Fund, as part of its 'Investing in Ideas' project.
