Stirling Council's proposed Local Development Plan (LDP) has been put forward for examination by the Scottish Government's Directorate for Planning and Environmental Appeals.
The Report, as well as the Reporter's Recommendations, will be available to view online.
The local authority will now work to prepare a modified LDP that will take the Reporter's Recommendations into account. Following this, it will be submitted to Scottish Ministers for a final approval within the next three months. After this, the LDP will be adopted as policy and will be used by the Council to guide the future use and development of the land in the city for the next 20 years.
The plan will continue to be reviewed every five years.
