Residents in East Renfrewshire are set to benefit from an award-winning housing project.
This will be the second year where the project will be funded.
Some £300,000 has been set aside for the initiative which has already seen more than 2,000 people in the area receiving the benefits of the mixed tenure improvement scheme.
The housing scheme focuses on areas that are in need of a makeover in blocks that are of mixed occupation, such as council tenants, private lets and owner occupiers. For example, the work can include shared areas such as gardens, closes, paths and fences being improved and repaired.
Convener for Housing, Councillor Danny Devlin, said: "I am absolutely delighted that we have been able to fund this for another year.
"It has been a huge success to date and has improved the quality of life for a large number of local residents.
"This has really breathed new life into many mixed ownership blocks and this investment of £300,000 will allow us to bring those benefits to many more households."
